ACCOMODATION
Sandown Care Nursing Home provides full 24-hour Nursing Care including all meals and laundry. This is through a variation of Nursing Home rooms, and a series of seven unique Apartments which offer a truly wonderful living option and are very cost effective for those who know they require long term care.
We have a variety of room on offer:
The property consists of a furnished old English Style home with numerous bedrooms.
We can provide single or double self-contained flats. (Furnished or Unfurnished options available)
Lounges & Gardens
All residents have access to a variety of comfortable lounges equipped with TV’s and DSTV and a fireplace that keeps the house cosy and warm. Beautifully presented and well-stocked gardens with seating, give pleasure to residents, families and neighbours alike.
Fees
Payable at the beginning of the month, fees vary depending on the size and location of rooms and are reviewed annually.
Sandown Care fees reflect the specialist and tailored 24/7 nursing care along with the highest quality accommodation and facilities

Nutrition
Only the finest local produce is used in the preparation of delicious home-cooked food and special dietary requirements are catered for by our own Chef. Teas and coffee are available throughout the day and if desired, meals can be served in the resident’s room. Here At Sandown Care we consider mealtimes a very important part of the day.
The quality of the food you eat plays a massive part in your overall quality of life, and here at our Sandown Care home it’s no different! Our chef and his team work tirelessly to provide our residents with high quality and nutritious balanced meals that we hope everyone enjoys. The menu is changed regularly and we try our level best to create meals according to residents’ tastes and diets.
